People Leasing / Temp Staffing • ABBSCISSA People Lease provides services in strict accordance with the requirement of Client Organization . • In order to provide the services ABBSCISSA exercises the degree of skill , diligence and prudence , which is expected from a highly skilled , experienced and reputed Firm . • ABBSCISSA issues the Offer Letters , Appointment Letters mentioning the Date of Joining , Designation and the Salary Offered to the selected candidates. • On Joining , ABBSCISSA conducts Induction Training . • ABBSCISSA completes all joining formalities . • Response to Associate’s queries by ABBSCISSA within 48 hrs. • At the end of every month ABBSCISSA collects the Attendance details along with other Payroll inputs – Incentive , Revisions , Resignees etc. in pre agreed formats from the Client Organization . • Payroll processed by ABBSCISSA and Salary Disbursed to the Associates . • ABBSCISSA delivers the Pay Slip to the employees mentioning PF , ESI and Income Tax deduction etc. as per applicability . • All ABBSCISSA People Lease Personnel are full time employees of ABBSCISSA and are sufficiently trained and have adequate knowledge of the services to be provided . • ABBSCISSA People Lease ensures that it’s employees carry out work in accordance with the requirement of the client Organization . • All ABBSCISSA Personnel are under direct control and supervision of ABBSCISSA and are not deemed to be employee of the Client Organization . • ABBSCISSA follows the law of the country as applicable to it’s employees.
