. Sales Plan for Marketing Products
. Growth Targeted for Marketing Products
•Sales plan from new geographies•
•Help achieve the annual targets of Marketing products for the Region / Zone by planning, coordinating and supervising the demand generation activities
o Demonstrations -
o Field days -
o Product Campaigns
o Crop Campaigns
o Farmer meetings
o Dealer / Channel partner’s meetings
o Branding & visibility
• Help Business Planning & execution –
o Sales to expenses ratio - plan
o Sales / FA - Plan
• Process improvements - innovative ideas and their implementation for increased Field work & FA efficiency performance management system
• Trainings
o To team
o Channel partners
• Pipeline Products - Pre Launch activities of the pipeline products –
o Demonstrations, field days, testimonial farmers and reporting
o Implementation – pre-launch preparation & product launch
• Potential mapping for the pipeline product for three years
• Product launch – detailed planning and execution support
• Identification and implementation support of new business opportunities for PI
o New crops & pest segments, geographies
o New business partners
o Monthly planning
• Timely reporting of Demonstration results to HO
• Liaison with Department -Region
• Liaison for misbranding Cases
• Translation of the leaflets
• Proof-reading & language approval for leaflet
• Give inputs on Initiation and regulation of new system developments
• Give New Innovative ideas for product and field promotion.
• Market intelligence
• Conceptualize, Help design / develop new tools for branding
